Pourya will arrive at your home promptly, usually within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Upon arrival, he’ll address your concerns or discuss your remodeling plans. He’ll conduct necessary elevation readings, investigate potential causes, and deliver findings and recommendations. Upon request, he can also provide a letter or permit plans.

While it’s not mandatory, we recommend being present during inspections. Your presence allows Pourya to address any questions you may have during the process. If you’re unable to attend, feel free to call, and Pourya will explain his findings or provide further clarification.
